ABDUPD

The Missing Child Abduction and Custodial Interference Add/Update screen allows for the user to add or update information for a suspected abductor of a juvenile.  The purpose of this screen is to record all pertinent information related to the abductor that will facilitate in identifying and locating this individual.  This will include the person’s name, relationship to the juvenile, physical descriptors (e.g. height, weight, hair color, skin tone, tattoos, etc.) along with the last known address and possible destination or location.  This screen can only be accessed after the required information has been successfully entered in both the Missing/Wanted Add/Update and Investigator Missing/Wanted Add/Update screens.

DESCRIPTION OF FIELDS

  • LAST NAME OF SUSPECT – the last name of the suspected abductor.
  • FIRST – the first name of the suspected abductor.
  • MIDDLE – the middle name of the suspected abductor.
  • RELATIONSHIP, IF ANY, TO CHILD – the suspect’s relationship to child; an abbreviation is displayed (e.g. FA for father).  Show me the complete list.
  • SEX – the suspect’s sex code; an abbreviation is displayed (e.g. M for male).  Show me the complete list.
  • SSN – the suspect’s social security number.
  • ETHNICITY – at least 1 ethnicity code for the suspect must be entered; up to 5 total entries can be made; an abbreviation is displayed (e.g. Ca for Caucasian).  Show me the complete list.
  • PHYSICAL DESC AS OF DATE – the last date an entry was made on the screen.
  • HEIGHT – the suspect’s height entered in 3 digits (e.g. 602 for 6 feet 2 inches).
  • WEIGHT – the suspect’s weight entered in 3 digits (e.g. 095 for 95 lbs).  Enter 000 unknown.
  • SKIN TONE – the suspect’s skin tone; an abbreviation is displayed (e.g. FAR for fair).  Show me the complete list.
  • EYES – the suspect’s eye color; an abbreviation is displayed (e.g. BLU for blue).  Show me the complete list.
  • HAIR – the suspect’s hair color; an abbreviation is displayed (e.g. BLK for black).  Show me the complete list.
  • BUILD – the suspect’s build; an abbreviation is displayed (e.g. HVY for heavy).  Show me the complete list.
  • SCARS/MARKS – any identifying marks the suspect possessed; an abbreviation is displayed (e.g. CRP R FOOT for crippled right foot).  how me a complete list.
  • DESCRIPTION – additional entry describing corresponding SCARS/MARKS.
  • PREVIOUS ADDRESS – the suspect’s last known street address.
  • CITY – the city for the corresponding street address.
  • STATE – the state for the corresponding street address; an abbreviation is displayed (e.g. HI for Hawaii).
  • ZIP – the zip code for the corresponding street address.
  • PHONE – the suspect’s last known phone number.
  • PROBABLE DESTINATION – the suspect’s potential destination or location.
