SEARCH FOR JUVENILE BY DOCUMENT NO SUMMARY

The Search for Juvenile by Document Summary screen displays juvenile information returned as a result of a search from the Search for Juvenile by Document Number screen.

DESCRIPTION OF FIELDS

  • LAST NAME, FIRST MIDDLE – the juvenile’s last name, first name, and middle name.
  • TYPE – type of name. L – Legal, A – Alias, U – Unverified.
  • DOB – the juvenile’s date of birth.
  • AGY – the agency that entered the juvenile’s information; an abbreviation is displayed in place of the full agency name.  Show me the complete list.
  • JJIS ID – the juvenile’s identification number.
