Hawaii Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force

welcome_header

The HICAC website contains education and prevention resources to protect the children of Hawaii in cyberspace. These resources include:

In addition to these resources, our web site contains links to local media stories (courtesy of the Honolulu Star-Bulletin) relating to child exploitation on the Internet. Many of these stories illustrate the nature and scope of this problem within our island’s community.

One of the most important links on our web site is the “Report a Cybertip” button that you will see at the right of all our pages. This allows you to report suspicious online activities that you believe endanger children. The Cybertip information goes directly to a national hotline at the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children that monitors these tips twenty-four hours every day.
