This page’s purpose is to assist users of the CSEA Customer Portal/Account Information System with any account related issues. In order to expedite service, please select an option under “How can we help you” and fill out each field as accurately as possible.

Some customers may be unable to create or access their accounts through the CSEA Customer Portal or Mobile App due to problems receiving Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) text messages.
If you are unable to complete the MFA verification process, you can still access your case information through our Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system by calling (808-207-9915 or 888-314-0037). The IVR system provides up-to-date case information while we work to resolve this issue.
After submission, please allow CSEA 2-3 business days to contact you. If you do not receive a response back within that time frame, you may reach out to CSEA via other methods described here. Thank you.
