CSEA welcomes your comments and or concerns. You may also update the following information with CSEA (only when you include your PIN and ACCESS code): social security number, residential and mailing addresses, and telephone number for both of the child(ren)’s parents and the name, address, and telephone number of the non-custodial parent’s employer.

If you would like to receive a response from the Child Support Enforcement Agency, please include your email address and US mail address. We will respond by e-mail to general inquiries or concerns. Questions about a specific child support case will be forwarded to a child support worker, and a response will be sent by US mail. If appropriate, CSEA will respond to all comments and/or concerns in a timely manner; however, if you feel your communication needs immediate attention please contact us through another method.
