DEMOGRAPHIC INFORMATION
The JJIS Demographic Information screen provides detail information on a selected juvenile. If a Letter of Apprehension or Letters of Furlough or Parole have been issued, a message will appear in red. When the proper security authorization is granted, pressing the <SHIFT> <PF1> keys will delete the juvenile. When “PF10=FLAG” is highlighted in red, pressing the <PF10> key will display the Special Information Flags screen. When “PF11=NOTES” is highlighted in red, pressing the <PF11> key will display the Juvenile Note Information screen.
DESCRIPTION OF FIELDS
- LEGAL NAME – the verified legal name of the juvenile.
- DOB – the date of birth of the legal name.
- JJIS ID – the JJIS identification number assigned to the juvenile.
- UNVERIFIED – the unverified name of the juvenile.
- DOB – the date of birth of the unverified name.
- ENTERED BY – the code of the agency entering the juvenile’s data; example, KPD for Kauai Police Department. Show me the complete list.
- ON – the date the juvenile’s data was entered.
- LAST UPD – the last date that the juvenile’s data was updated.
- ADDRESS – the residence address of the juvenile.
- CITY – the city of the juvenile.
- STATE – the abbreviation of the state of the juvenile; example, HI for Hawaii.
- ZIP – the zip code of the juvenile.
- PHONE – the residence phone number of the juvenile.
- POLICE ID – the Police Department identification number assigned to the juvenile.
- SSN – the social security number of the juvenile.
- ETHNICITY – the ethnicity code of the juvenile; example, CA for Caucasian; up to five ethnicity codes may be displayed. Show me the complete list.
- PROS ID – the Prosecutor Department identification number assigned to the juvenile.
- SEX – the abbreviation sex code of the juvenile; example, M for male. Show me the complete list.
- AGE – the calculated age of the juvenile.
- PHYSICAL DESC AS OF DATE – the last date a data entry was made pertaining to the physical description of the juvenile.
- FC-J NO – the Family Court case number assigned to the juvenile.
- US CITIZEN – an indicator Y/N whether the juvenile is a citizen; example, Y for yes the juvenile is a United States citizen.
- HEIGHT – the height of the juvenile expressed as 3 digits; example, 509 for 5 feet 9 inches.
- WEIGHT – the weight of the juvenile expressed as 3 digits; example, 180 for 180 pounds.
- SKIN TONE – the skin tone of the juvenile; example, FAR for fair. Show me the complete list.
- EYES – the eye color of the juvenile; example, BRN for brown. Show me the complete list.
- HAIR – the hair color of the juvenile; example, BLN for blond. Show me the complete list.
- BUILD – the build of the juvenile; example, THN for thin. Show me the complete list.
- FINGERPRINT – an indicator Y/N whether a fingerprint was taken; example Y for yes the juvenile was fingerprinted.
- DATE – the date the fingerprint was taken.
- SCARS/MARKS – any identifying scars/marks the juvenile possesses; example, “JOHN” / TAT BACK for the tattoo “JOHN” is on the back. Show me the complete list.
- PHOTOGRAPH – an indicator Y/N whether a photograph was taken; example Y for yes the juvenile was photographed.
- DATE – the date the photograph was taken.
- SJO – the Serious Juvenile Offender indicator; example Y (yes) or N (no).
- SCHOOL – the name of the school the juvenile attends/attended Show me the complete list.
- TERM TYPE/DATE – the termination type/date is not applicable at this time; nothing is displayed.
