Hawaii Criminal Justice Data Center

The Hawaii Criminal Justice Data Center (HCJDC) is an agency of the Department of the Attorney General in the State of Hawaii and is responsible for the statewide criminal history record information system (CJIS-Hawaii), the statewide Automated Fingerprint Identification System (AFIS), the statewide SexOffender and Other Covered Offender Registry, and the Adult Criminal Conviction Information Web Site (eCrim).

Walk-in Location

HCJDC is open to the public. *Due to COVID-19, access into HCJDC is limited to no more than two (2) individuals at a time to ensure proper social distancing. To protect you and HCJDC staff, anyone entering must be wearing a face mask. For services requiring person to person contact, a COVID-19 questionnaire shall be completed, and your temperature shall be taken before entry into HCJDC. To ensure a safe and timely service at HCJDC, please call the appropriate section listed below to schedule an appointment or to answer questions you may have before physically coming to HCJDC.
