HCJDC is open to the public. *Due to COVID-19, access into HCJDC is limited to no more than two (2) individuals at a time to ensure proper social distancing. To protect you and HCJDC staff, anyone entering must be wearing a face mask. For services requiring person to person contact, a COVID-19 questionnaire shall be completed, and your temperature shall be taken before entry into HCJDC.
