The Associate/Related Person Detail screen displays information for the person selected from the Associate/Related Person Summary screen.

DESCRIPTION OF FIELDS

  • ENTERED BY – the agency that was entering the Associate/Related Person Detail.
  • ON – the date that the Associate/Related Person information was entered.
  • LAST UPD – the date that the Associate/Related Person information was updated.
  • LAST NAME, FIRST MIDDLE – the Associate/Related Person’s last name, first name, and middle name.
  • RELATIONSHIP – the Associate/Related Person’s relationship with the juvenile. Show me the complete list.
  • DOB – the Associate/Related Person’s date of birth.
  • SEX – the Associate/Related Person’s gender.
  • SSN – the Associate/Related Person’s social security number.
  • ADDRESS INFO ENTERED – the date that the Associate/Related Person’s address was entered.
  • ADDRESS TYPE – Address type. Show me the complete list.
  • ADDRESS – the Associate/Related Person’s address.
  • CITY – city.
  • STATE – state.
  • ZIP – 5 digits ZIP code.
  • HOME PHONE – the Associate/Related Person’s home phone.
  • CELLULAR – the Associate/Related Person’s cellular phone.
  • PAGER – the Associate/Related Person’s pager.
  • EMPLOYER – the Associate/Related Person’s employer.
  • WORK PHONE – the Associate/Related Person’s work phone.
