AUDIT/ACTIVITY SUMMARY

AUDSUM

The Audit/Activity Summary screen is a list of transactions sent to the JJIS system with the most recent transaction displaying first.

DESCRIPTION OF FIELDS

  • TOTAL TRANSACTIONS – the total count of transactions displayed in the screen.
  • DISPLAY DATE RANGE:
    • START – the starting date of the transactions to be selected.
    • END – the ending date of the transactions to be selected.
  • ACID – the unique identification number assigned to the user and if it is entered it will select only those transactions belonging to that ACID.
  • TT – the transaction type code; example, DI for Demographic.  Show me the complete list.
  • ITEM – the sequential line number of the listing.
  • ADT SEQ NBR – the unique audit sequence number that is assigned to the transaction.
  • TRANS DATE – the date of the transaction when it was sent to the JJIS system.
  • TIME – the time of the transaction when it was sent to the JJIS system.
  • ACID – the unique identification number assigned to the user who created that transaction.
  • JJIS ID – the unique JJIS identification number assigned to the juvenile.
  • AGENCY ID – the unique agency identification number assigned to the juvenile.
  • LAST NAME – the last name of the juvenile.
  • POL RPT – the police report number.
