PHYSICAL LOCATION DETAIL

PHYDET

The Physical Location Detail screen displays additional information for a location that the juvenile was admitted to or why the juvenile is away from the location.

DESCRIPTION OF FIELDS

  • LOCATION – the name of the physical location/facility or the reason why the juvenile is away from the physical location.  Show me a complete list.
  • TYPE – the type refers to the type of physical location or facility.  Show me a complete list.
  • STATUS – the status of the juvenile with the physical location.  Show me a complete list.
  • CLOSE OBSERVATION – a flag that indicates whether or not the juvenile is to be observed.
  • ADMIT DATE – the date the juvenile is physically accepted for admission into or temporarily left the physical location.
  • TIME – the time that corresponds to the ADMIT DATE.
  • PROJECTED RELEASE DATE – the expected date the juvenile is physically released from the physical location.
  • RELEASE DATE – the actual date the juvenile is physically released from the physical location. 
  • TIME – the time that corresponds to the RELEASE DATE.
  • OUT TO RETURN – a flag that indicates the juvenile is allowed a brief stay away from the physical location.
  • RELEASE TYPE – the method of physically leaving the location.  Show me a complete list
  • SUPV REL END DATE – the termination date of a supervised release period for a juvenile.  The “supervised release” is a form of release that allows a juvenile to stay away from the physical location for an extended period of time yet remain under the jurisdiction of the physical location.
  • SUPV REL END TIME – the time that corresponds to the SUPV REL END DATE.
