CONTACT INFORMATION DETAIL
The Contact Information Detail screen displays information relating to a single occurrence of a juvenile having contact with a Police Department that may or may not be an arrest. Pertinent information displayed will include the police agency, the date, time, type, and location of the contact, recording of drug and/or alcohol use, any observed injuries, and the physical disposition of the juvenile that may include dates of secured detention or parent/guardian information if released. To navigate to this screen, select a juvenile on the Search for Juvenile Summary screen and GO TO the Offense History Information Summary complete screen. Select an offense and press <PF10> for the Offense Information Detail screen. Press <PF9> for the Contact Information Detail screen.
DESCRIPTION OF FIELDS

ENTERED BY – the agency that entered the contact; an abbreviation is displayed. Show me the complete list.

ON – the date the contact information was entered.

LAST UPD – the date the contact information was last updated.

POLICE ID – the unique juvenile identifier assigned by the reporting police agency.

AGE AT TIME OF CONTACT – the juvenile’s age at time of contact.

SCHOOL – the school the juvenile was attending at time of contact. Show me the complete list.

MST POL RPT – the master police report number assigned to the contact.

BOOKING NO – the booking number assigned to the contact.

FINGERPRINT – Y or N to indicate if the juvenile has been fingerprinted.

PHOTOGRAPH – Y or N to indicate if the juvenile has been photographed.

ARREST/REFERRAL DATE/TIME – the date and time of the arrest or referral.

OFFENSE DATE/TIME – the date and time of the criminal offense related to the contact.

LOCATION – the location of the contact with the juvenile.

CONTACT TYPE – the type of contact made with the juvenile; an abbreviation is displayed. Show me the complete list.

DRUGS – drug information noted at the time of the contact with the juvenile.

INJURY – injury information noted at the time of the contact with the juvenile.

PHYSICAL DISPOSITION – the agency’s disposition or status of the contact; an abbreviation is displayed. Show me the complete list.

BAC – the juvenile’s measured blood alcohol content at the time of contact.

SECURE DETENTION DATES: START and REMOVAL – the start and end dates for any secured detention to be served by the juvenile.

RELEASED TO – the parent or guardian name who the juvenile was released to.

RELATION – the relationship of the parent or guardian to the juvenile to whom the juvenile is released to; an abbreviation is displayed. Show me the complete list.

RELEASE DATE/TIME – the date and time the juvenile is released from custody.

PHONE NO – the phone number of the parent or guardian to whom the juvenile is released to.
-
EXT – the phone number extension.
